Thank you, Justin for your reply. I am actually interested in the
revsion number of the most recently updated package. From what I
understand, tlmgr might update package blart from 200 to 204 and
foobar from 190 to 205. Suppose that it is only those two packages. I
want to have the number 205 but without specifying 'foobar'.
