[tex-live] Issues after last TL upgrade

I did a TL2015 upgrade and these packages had updates:

After the upgrade (tlmgr update --all) my documents do not build anymore:

$ latexmk -pdf foo.tex

It seems something has broken the compatibility with siunitx package. 
Notice just yesterday all worked fine..
