[tex-live] tl-install of 2016-pretest: litter in /tmp

Hi,

Linux 64-bit, tl2016 pretest:

tlinstall is filling up my /tmp with tmpdirs which it is not removing
when it is done with them.  At about 35% of the way through my
installation, I have well over 3000 of them.

Perhaps it will clean up after itself when it is done, but even if so,
I think it is a bit anti-social to leave them there for the duration.
