[tex-live] dvipdfmx: Support for SVG-in-OpenType

Hi all,

if I understand it well, Simon offers another thing. The OpenType fonts can
exist in several formats, Type1-flavoured, TrueType-flavoured,
SVG-flavoured. It seems to me that he wants to add support for
SVG-flavoured OpenType fonts.
