[tex-live] `lwarpmk' not found

Hi,

with an up to date TL, `lwarpmk' is not found:

  ┌────
  │ $ lwarpmk html
  │ zsh: command not found: lwarpmk
  └────

but running:

  ┌────
  │ /usr/local/texlive/2016/bin/i386-linux/lwarpmk html
  └────

works like a charm. Hence the trouble is, `lwarpmk' is missing in
`/usr/local/bin/'.
