No no no Bob, that is *bad*. The problem is with the update
of the latex kernel, all the formats have already been updated, and
they are in TEXMFSYSVAR. But you keep your private format dumps
in TEXMFVAR, thus they override the update ones.

Please *remove* the formats in TEXMFVAR unless you are sure you need
them and want them.
