[tex-live] mvorigin option in (x)dvipdfmx

Sorry, I overlooked your issue. In TeX Live 2015, there was not --mvorigin
option and the 'mvorigin behavior' was the default.
MetaPost-created eps does not use GhostScript, so that was neccesary
in order to use the same macro:
The -dEPSCrop option for GhostScript forces us to translate
llx = lly = 0, in order to obtain correct embedding places.
Wheras MetaPost-created eps is embedded without GhostScript, so
nothing special is needed.

A user claimed that 'mvorigin behavior' for the MetaPost-created eps
in the driver (x)dvipdfmx should not be the default, because
(x)dvipdfmx.def is not always used. So (x)dvipdfmx became to behave
naturally when --mvorigin option is not used.
