[tex-live] Bug in TexLive installer

Putting the instal folder directly under C: still yielded a "perl.exe encountered a problem" error.

It is moot to discuss now whether there is need to keep the installer, as the installtion has not succeeded.

As Hironobu already pointed out, there is no need to keep the network
installer at all.  It's better to remove it after a successful
installation.
