[tex-live] getnonfreefonts and TeX Live 2017

Dear getnonfreefonts users,
in the past it was possible to download the getnonfreefonts installer
once and use it with any version of TeX Live.

In TeX Live 2017 a few internals regarding map- and format-file
creation were improved and getnonfreefonts was adapted accordingly.

If you have TeX Live 2017 or any newer version, you have to download
and execute the latest installer from

  http://tug.org/fonts/getnonfreefonts/

As from now there is no program getnonfreefonts-sys anymore, instead
you have to invoke getnonfreefonts with either --sys or --user.
You'll get an error message if you omit one of these arguments.

The reason for this change is that many users ran into trouble in the
past because they invoked getnonfreefonts accidentally though they
actually meant getnonfreefonts-sys.  See also

The current versions of getnonfreefonts and its installer are supposed
to work with older versions of TeX Live too, but please don't install
getnonfreefonts again if an oder version is already installed.
