[tex-live] newspaper-mod package

Hi,

I was trying to use this
<https://www.overleaf.com/latex/templates/newspaper-slash-news-letter-template/wjxxhkxdjxhw#.WTm-xOv1AqM>
template on Overleaf but I got an error,

File `newspaper-mod.sty' not found. ^^M

I tried installing it by typing tlmgr install newspaper-mod as said in the
doc but that didn't work either. Do you know what could be the problem?
