[tex-live] tlmgr conf does not report xetex/luatex paths

I also prefer PATH* environment variables to be printed in a readable
form.  Something like

  echo $PATH | tr : \\n

or similar, for PATH, MANPATH, and INFOPATH.

No line should contain more than 79 characters, whenever possible.
