No, I did not. The very recent archlinux patch
for poppler-0.59.0 for pdfTeX seems to be
almost OK, but I still experienced a crash on Windows
for some example.
The patch before 26 Sept was really broken on Windows.
So I think Werner's pdfTeX by using poppler-0.59.0
may not be a tested one.
