Seems that parsing of '\ProvidesPackage' and related commands was
changed. I made small example that shows the problem (I made several
small packages and they have '\ProvidesPackage' similar to one in
example). I attached example file and example style.
P.S. The error from pdflatex was very misleading:
! Missing = inserted for \ifnum.

I was expecting to see `<', `=', or `>'. Didn't.
