[tex-live] [tlmgr] Use of uninitialized value

Hi,

because of an issue¹ after `l3packages' update this morning, I restored
it with:

  ┌────
  │ tlmgr restore l3packages 46085
  └────

It succeeded but the following warnings were emitted:

  │ Use of uninitialized value $whatsize in concatenation (.) or string at /usr/local/texlive/2017/tlpkg/TeXLive/TLPDB.pm line 2057, <STDIN> line 1.
