[tex-live] Problem with installation: cannot determine release!

Can you remove texlive.tlpdb (it is anyway completely broken)
and retry.

If you still have these errors, then also one of the .tlpobj
files in tlpkg/tlpobj/ seems to be corrupted, too.

All together it seems it would be easier to just do a new installation
...
