[tex-live] TL2017's dvipdfmx prints warnings

Those values are relative to the full width value of 1000,
or rarios. Thus they are dimensionless:
375.402 / 1000, and 374 / 1000.

If you try to transform to "big points", there will be full
of warning messages.
