[tex-live] TeXLive uninstaller and path settings

That should work ok. The uninstaller takes care that it runs with a
suitable searchpath.

You will lose file extensions for .dvi and maybe .[e]ps and .pdf.
`Open with' should still work if there is atill another TL release
installed.
