[tex-live] gastex v3.0

In the actual distribution, the package gastex is present in the version 2.8 (from 2006) and when I want to use it, it doesn’t work… In 2013, the version 3.0 was released (http://www.lsv.fr/~gastin/gastex/). I didn’ t manage to install it on my computer myself… Is it possible to add it in TeX Live in an update ?
