TexWorks Editor installed by TeXLive

[Bernhard Kleine]

Is it true that the editor was installed without agreeing to it by
myself? In the Texlive 2020 installation I skipped the installation of
TeXWorks. Now the programm seems to be freshly installed. What are the
reason for this?
