Stopping latexmk compiling in texstudio leads to syntex error

Recently I encountered several error with syntec (win10; Texlive 2020,
last update 2 days ago; texstudio actual verson 3.0.1):

SyncTeX: Can't rename FalterInLenzkirch.synctex(busy) to
FalterInLenzkirch.synctex.gz

Texlive is the multiuser version. The file
FalterInLenzkirch.synctex(busy) refuses to be removed even if I acquire
admin rights. After re-booting the file can be removed. That however,
seems to to tiresome.

Is this behavior of synxtex normal?
