Creating a Chocolatey Package For TexLive

Hello,
although I could imagine that Norbert will not like my input, I will 
give it a try.
 From these questions I conclude, that you do not yet have a good basic 
knowledge about the involved structure and it is - in my humble opinion 
- quite sure that the created benefit will be negligible. But of course 
you are free to try it and you will certainly find some person(s) here 
who will be eager to tell you everything you need to know.
My recommendation would be to search for some significantly easier task.
