TeX Collection image updated

Hi all,
The TeX Collection image has been updated to address two issues in
MacTeX. No other changes.


- BigSur has some new handling of things which is firstly reporting
  that zsh is the default shell and secondly when issuing commands in
  Terminal by pasting them it opens a dialog which must be responded to.
- Bad performance for installing applications which were unpacked on
  DVD. Now replaced by an install package which solves things nicely.

Hope, I have understood things properly.
