Something worth looking at for TeX Live 2023

Looks interesting, but then, it seems to be a one-man-show, which makes
me nervous for the long term support.

Of course we could switch to apperl, redo quite some stuff about the
setup etc. But if 5 years down the road we have to go back, it would be
somehow a waste of time.

But thanks for the pointer, very interesting read about the cosmopolitan
libc and ape!
