Hi everyone - now that we're here in February, wanted to send a note to encourage package and program releases sooner rather than later. This year's TeX Live pretest is planned to start Feb 25 (https://tug.org/texlive), although we may push that a few days earlier. The basic sources look to be in pretty good shape already. Thanks, Karl
