Texlive Path Setup

You should add the TeX-Live folder /usr/local/texlive/2021/bin/x86_64-linux at
the beginning of PATH before /usr/local/bin, /usr/bin and /bin not in the
middle after /usr/local/bin, /usr/bin and /bin. Otherwise the TeX binaries of
your linux distribution will be found instead of the binaries of TeX Live. But
if, e.g., /usr/bin/texdoc is used, it will not search for other files in the
TeX Live installation of /usr/local/texlive/2021.
