TeX Live 2022 binaries now available for OpenBSD 7.2 AMD64

TTeX Live 2022 binaries are now available for OpenBSD 7.2 AMD64.

The O/S was officially released on 20 October 2022, and new binaries
are needed because OpenBSD does not guarantee ABI compatibility across
minor releases, such as 7.0 to 7.1 to 7.2.

The OpenBSD 7.2 binary package system has TeX Live 2021 split across 8
packages.
