Good that it works now. It was during indexing, and some time ago. I
didn't reinvestigate.

One more thing I realized concerning Debian installation (Exercise 6.2):

I don't think it makes sense to put the copy into conf.avail and link
it. I suggest to creating it directly in conf.d.

conf.avail has not functional meaning whatsoever besides making dpkg
happy. It allows users to activate and deactivate configurations
**without** removing the file which is shipped by Debian as conffile
(I don't go into details).

In our case here, dpkg does not know about 09-texlive.conf nor manages
it, so putting it directly into conf.d makes everything simpler I think.
