Error: texlive-scripts package not found (?!), skipping revision consistency check

Hi,

At some point the package got removed, no idea why. Or there was a
corruption of the drive, but then more should be broken. Very strange.

Please install that, you need it
	tlmgr install texlive-scripts

Oh, that is another bad thing that will slow down Windows, we will work
