[tex4ht] [bug #170] tex4ht seems not longer to respect defernumbers option in biblatex

Fixed. Please find kristian.zip containing your example file + auxiliaries
+ biblatex.4ht (new version).

Don't know, if this fix breaks down already working options. Please check
as much as you can do. I shall be very much thankful for this assistance as
I am terribly running short of time. Shall commit to svn only after hearing
from you.
