Hi Sylwester,
try this way:
\documentclass{mwbk}
\usepackage[tex4ht]{hyperref}
\setcounter{secnumdepth}{0}
*\makeatletter**
** \def\section at flags{0100}**
** \makeatother*
\begin{document}
\section{bug}
\end{document}
