[tex4ht] helpers4ht update: new packages for Fontpec support and for easier HTML tags insertion

Hi all,

I've updated helpers4ht[1] bundle with some new packages. 

First, I've created alternative packages for Fontspec and Polyglossia so
they can be used with tex4ht. I've wrote some brief tutorial and put it
on my web page[2]. The method works only with LuaLaTeX at the moment,
details are in the tutorial, any ideas for XeLaTeX solution are
welcome.

Second package is textstyle4ht, which can be used in configuration files
and provides commands for replacing \HCode. They have some advantages
described in another tutorial[3].

Both of these packages are experimental, any ideas, as well as bug
reports or grammar corrections are welcome.
