[tex4ht] Compilation fails with `program' package

Hi all,

it seems that I replied only to Denis by mistake, I will post my reply
also here for a future reference.

Ty to save the following code as `program.4ht`:

    \ConfigureEnv{program}{\noindent\EndP\Picture*{}}{\EndPicture}{}{}

It will convert `program` environment as picture.

this obviously isn't a clean solution, some proper support is needed.
