[tex4ht] [bug #456] what is so special about $\ln$ when using tex4ht in mathjax mode?

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #456 (project tex4ht):

Hi Nasser, this is the same issue we faced not that long ago. It was just
necessary to add \fixmathjaxtoc\ln to the sources, which I did. So it should
be available soon in TL 2020.
