Details:

I used the command 

mk4ht mzlatex math_test.tex "html,mathplayer" 

I am using version 1.1

on the latex file attached and the results were nearly correct, but one issue
is there are no braces/brakcets around the vectors/matrices - see the attached
files (including source latex/ and compiled PDF)

So the bug is the lack of multiline braces/brackets
This may be similar to bug #340
