[texdoc] Stubborn doc files in local texmf

Very surprising. Are you sure the ls-R file in the local tree was actually
regenerated? Can you open it with a text editor and check if the files removed
are still listed?

If this happens to be the problem, running mkstexlsr /path/to/this/texmf/tree
should solve it.

If the problem doesn't lie here, I'd like to see the full output of

texdoc --debug=texdocs -I -l <foobar>

were <foobar> is one of the problematic keywords.

Actually, this is the same databases as used by kpse, so I didn't think it was
worth mentioning.
