Yes, it's annoying when these ancient default wordings from pre-LPPL
LaTeX docstrip hang around decades later.  It's not that Anshuman
explicitly wrote that stuff.  If/when I remake the .sty it'll get free
wording by default :).

But in this case, wnri.dtx isn't even on CTAN.  I don't know what's up.
Will have to investigate.

What's in fonts/wnri on CTAN does explicitly say GPL.
