[texhax] Specifying sub-directories in Windows

Dear texhax,

  Is there an easy way to refer to sub-directories when working in a
  Windows Environment.

  I have tried both the \include{ } and \bibliograph{ } commands to
  bring in files located elsewhere on my hard drive but it has not
  worked. The only syntax I have seen is for Unix systems and I could
  not get a reworked version of it to work with Windows.

  I am using MikTex and WinEdt.
