[texhax] Ligatures (Raj)

Hi,

The shortcut method is use tfmtoafm on the tfm file edit the afm file
the following lines

C 102 ; WX 333 ; N f ; B 0 0 435 698 ;
KPX f f 74
KPX f l 92
KPX f i 74

and rewrite the tfm file using afmtotfm.

Tested on Times New Roman.
