[texhax] A Question about Union

     First, I want to thank the group for their fine responses to my
question on
Bibliography. I found the responses to me very helpful. Now please consider
the following LaTeX fragment:

        $ \bigcup_{x \in S}DF(x)$

In this case, LaTeX is generating the x in S part as a subscript. What I
would like it to do is put it directly under the union symbol. Is there a
way that I can tell
LaTeX to do that. I hope my question is clear.
