And this helps a person using Linux on an Intel box how? Sorry if I 
sound strident, but I'm getting really tired of the vendor lock-in 
angle on Mac OS X and how its existence foreclosed on OPENSTEP. Even 
with the new Mac Mini there are going to be lots of people who don't / 
won't / can't use Macs and ignoring that fact in one's responses is 
_not_ helpful.

Good point.

How does xpdf work then? Does it have support for tagged .pdf?

Is there an easy way to make HTML from a .dtx? I've been reviewing the 
options for getting HTML out of LaTeX w/ hyperref and things like this 
are not obviously possible AFAICT.
