It was not meant to be rude.  I was quoting the process by which he was
creatingh his PDF file; *THAT* is what I was referring to as his problem.

It should also be mentioned that, at least in my experience, using
pdflatex directly preserves the hyperlink's color boxes.  I've found that
combinations of latex/dvips/ps2pdf may preserve hyperlinks but lose
colors.
