you mean, i presume:

{\huge\textbf{company}\texcolor{green}{{\small\ subname}{\tiny\ LLC}}}%

the size commands, and the (outdated) \bf command do *not* take
arguments.

\textbf{company} is typically set (in cm fonts) using computer modern
bold extended (cmbx).  i don't believe anyone has composed a version
of cm bolder than than bx: the only other weight (beyond the medium of
the default of computer modern roman) you have available is computer
modern bold (cmb).

other fonts have lots of weights -- all the way from ultra-light
through to ultra-heavy, but i don't believe there's any such among the
free fonts available: i fear you might find yourself buying a new font
family for this job.
