[texhax] Matrix problem

Make a 2 X 2 array.  Put the column headers in a 1 X n array in the
top left; nothing in the top right; the main matrix in the bottom
left; the row labels in a nXa array in the bottom right.  

This works fine when everything is a standard size.  If not, you need
to make boxes of certain sizes to force the rows and columns to match
up.
