Thanks for this!

It's a big improvement for my purposes (I've got wintexshell set to  
open a .pdf in SumatraPDF w/ a click of a button and the new v 0.3  
remembers the previous page, so I just close it when I'm done looking  
at the .pdf --- also doesn't lock the file when it's open, so no huhu  
if I forget to close it. No refresh button though.).

Interesting. I missed this. Doesn't work for me on my pen slate,  
since I don't have a keyboard attached to it often, and entering Alt- 
left would require opening the virtual one.
