[texhax] afm and pfb for obsolete fonts

Does anyone know where I might find afm and pfb files for these obsolete
fonts:

XYLINE10
XYMISC10
XYQC10

They are fonts in one of the earliest editions of xypic, no longer on CTAN nor
found via Google.
