TUG, I am trying to follow the "http://tug.org/protext/ftp/Install/protext-install-en.pdf" document. I get an HTTP 404 error from the following link "http://tug.org/protext/ftp/MiKTeX/Setup/setup.exe" (and,apparently, all others in the PDF document). Please advise, Drew
