[texhax] pnas.bst improvement

Folks:

I'm sorry it has taken me forever (years!) to get around to dealing
with the pnas.bst style for LaTeX. Several of you have written to me
but the issues were too complex to sit down and handle it.

Today I finally brought all the emails together and looked at the
code. I have updated the links at:

http://www.ccrnp.ncifcrf.gov/~toms/latex.html#pnas

Aside from creating a new pnas.sty, I discovered that all of the
previous bst files are out of date given a paper in the latest PNAS.

So this means that someone will have to build a new pnas.bst. I'm not
about to do this right now. Zehua Chen of my lab has agreed to work
on this but it will be perhaps June or July when he gets to it.

If someone would like to take up this task sooner, I'd be happy to
post the result or you could put it in CTAN directly and I'll point to
it.

Regards,

Tom
