[texhax] Converting LaTeX files into MS Word

There are a number of ways of converting, such as using latex2rtf, but
the final RTF format cannot typeset mathematics properly, so the
results are (in my opinion) invariably horrible.  When I publish a
book, I will insist on writing it in LaTeX.  Several companies have
already agreed to this.  If they do not agree, I will go somewhere
else.
