[texhax] Request for advice

Me and some collegues of mine are working on a textbook which at the 
final stage will most probably end up as a LaTex document.  One of us 
in for the most part located in Germany, another partially in Germany 
and partially in Norway, and the third one will mostly be located in 
Norway.

In this project, we have up to now been working with a Wiki (PmWiki), 
which is nice, but somewhat inflexible, we would like to be able to 
see the whole thing in some way or another, preferably as a fresh 
build in PDF format from the source.

Does a internet based collaborative tool we could use oriented towards 
latex exist?
