[texhax] Change Tracking in LaTeX

I've been collecting a list of tools like that at:

http://www.ccrnp.ncifcrf.gov/~toms/latex.html

Search for 'differences' and you will see that latexdiff will probably
do what you want.  It worked nicely for me recently.

   Given 2 latex source files, it produces a 3rd latex file with
   additions/deletions highlighted in color.
